How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from Within the App
Open CuraOnlineHealth and go to Settings
Tap on Account
Select Delete Account
Confirm your identity by entering your password
Tap Permanently Delete to confirm
Option 2: Request Deletion via This Page
If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. We will verify your identity and process your request.
⚠️ Important: This Action is Irreversible
Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
Your user profile and account information
Health records and medical history
Appointment history and consultation records
Messages and communication history
Saved preferences and settings
All associated personal data
What Happens After You Request Deletion?
We will send a confirmation email to verify your identity
After verification, your data will be scheduled for deletion
All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes (this data cannot be linked back to you)
Data Retained for Legal Obligations
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may be required to retain certain data (such as transaction records) for a legally mandated period, even after account deletion. This data will be securely stored and automatically deleted once the retention period expires.
