• Healthcare technology platforms (CuraOnlineHealth)

CuraOnlineHealth is a technology platform that facilitates communication between patients and healthcare providers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical condition.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase any paid services or subscriptions:

• All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRZM Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Adana, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
